~~My first trip to the African continent, my first encounter with an Arabic country was filled with sensory impressions.  The beautiful light, the exotic spices, the haunting call to prayer and the textural richness of this land filled my awareness that I have so much more to experience on this little planet.  Perhaps everything that I have accepted as normal is only an illusion.
